Lesli began her dental career in 2014 as a dental assistant but quickly discovered her passion and strength in practice administration.
She takes pride in creating a comfortable, reassuring environment by guiding patients through their insurance policies and treatment plans with clarity and empathy. Outside the office, she loves camping under starry skies with her family, exploring the great outdoors, and unearthing hidden treasures while thrift shopping. A devoted cat mom and lifelong animal lover, she also delights in traveling to new destinations and embracing fresh adventures. Her genuine care for our patients is an invaluable asset to our team!
Susan Pierce (Dental Assistant)
Susan and her husband are the proud parents of two boys. As a member of a military family, she has spent time traveling to places like Spain, Sicily, Portugal, Italy, and Morocco. Now as her family transitions to the civilian world, they’ve made New Jersey their home.
Hilda Rodriguez (Dental Assistant)
Hilda was born and raised in New Jersey before embarking on a Wyoming adventure four years ago, where she first discovered her passion for dentistry.
There, she fell in love with the field’s blend of technical skill and personal connection. After returning home to New Jersey, she now thrives as a dental assistant, delighting in every opportunity to support patients with expert care and a warm smile. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her baking up sweet treats in the kitchen or cuddling with her dog at home. Her dedication to both her craft and her patients makes her a valued member of our team!
